How To Dress Smarter

47 maanden geleden

Hello fabulous Dolls!

Do you ever feel as if you have heaps of clothes but no outfits? A cluttered wardrobe that’s not quite appropriate to your lifestyle? Well after various lengths of research I have come up with some solutions for you.

Let's look at key pieces for our wardrobes:

In order to keep our wardrobe high-functioning it is key to have neutral pieces that we can wear in our day-to-day life. Think of the climate, where you go to on a day to day basis, your occupation, and of course, what your style is idealized. Having items as such as: a little black dress, basic white tee, trench coat, combat boots, blazers, and denim jeans. You can style these to you own desire or think of your own key wardrobe basics.

Now let's look at colors and patterns:

When buying clothes and styling them, you can never go wrong with achromatic colors (a color without a hue such as black, white, and gray), as they can match anything. To make your look bold add a color or a statement piece. This could be a bright red blazer, a floral skirt, or a pair of striking tailored pants. Try not to clash patterns and have more than two in a look as it can make it look messy, but if you're confident, then I say go for it!

Finally accessories:

Accessories can really make a look more refined and expensive but with a minimal cost, adding belts, chunky earrings, a huge scarf, thick necklaces or chains will most definitely give your look that vogue feeling.

One of the most important things is to keep true to yourself because one of the keys to being happy as my mother always says is to be your truest and most authentic self. Always appreciative of those who read my blog. Stay safe during this time. xo.
