Hi dolls,

Clear and healthy skin really boosts up our confidence. So when we have breakouts or dry skin, we can feel a little self-conscious. It is really important to take good care of our skin. It is our biggest organ, and acts as our bodyguard!


- Wash your face twice a day
This is essential for removing any bacteria build-up on your face. Don't wash more than two times a day though, and don't scrub too harshly. It could cause irritation.


- Remove your make-up before going to sleep
Sleeping with make-up could lead to breakouts.


- Don't pop pimples
It can be very tempting, but prodding and poking at it will push the infected material further into your face.


- Eat vegetables and foods rich in vitamin C
Foods like oranges, broccoli and walnuts, will keep your skin looking young and fresh.


- Get enough fresh air
It will bring colour to your cheeks and make your skin glow!
