A new collection of Archive recently hit the Starplaza. For this release, Stardoll decided to pay tribute to the Olsen twins! The store was stocked with a little over seven (!) pages of throwback fashion, including pieces from the Mary-Kate and Ashley dolls, Olsenboye (the twins’ JCPenney line), and Elizabeth & James. I have decided to style some of my favorite pieces!

For my first outfit, I chose the black tunic dress. I changed the wide neckline by layering the dress with a t-shirt, then added a white ruffle-neck shirt with bow cuffs for contrast. I then added a black headband, ruffle socks, and Gucci pumps. To accessorize, I went for a classic Chanel handbag, a gold pendant necklace, and mixed metal earrings. For my next outfit, I wanted to include this gold Chanel jacket. Although not from this Archive release, Mary-Kate wore the jacket to the 2011 CFDAs. I kept the rest of the outfit simple, with the black turtleneck, flared pants and mini handbag, and then added some gold earrings and matching pumps. You could switch the pants for a black maxi dress.

I then chose the leather mini skirt, and decided to go for a minimalistic 90s look, taking inspo from the likes of Calvin Klein and Helmut Lang. I paired the skirt with a white crop top and matching visible underwear. I then added a leather clutch (a mini handbag worn on the shoulder would be a perfect alternative), some strappy heels with hoop detail, and then a pair of silver earrings to complete the outfit. Then, I styled the leather jacket with a sheer slip dress with silver flowers, which I layered with a bodysuit that has rhinestone 'scribble' detail. I contrasted the delicate style of the dress with some chunky boots, then added a pair of rhinestone shades and a mini bag. A classic satin slip dress would also work.

For my final outfits, I wanted to go for a fun Y2K pop-inspired vibe! With the bedazzled low-rise jeans, I added a white halter top, with a rhinestone drop choker to accentuate the plunging neckline. I then added some strappy white heels and a mini handbag. To complete the outfit, I couldn’t resist adding these tinted popstar shades with rhinestone frames! Finally, I picked the miniskirt version of the bedazzled jeans, which I styled with an off-the-shoulder ‘peasant’ style blouse. For accessories, I chose a mini silver shoulder bag, rhinestone heart hoop earrings, and some strappy mules. You could also add a silver necklace (with a butterfly or star pendant), and a silver low-rise chain belt.
