Previously I have done 2000s and '90s fashion blog posts, so this week, I decided to do a post all about '70s fashion. '70s fashion was full of flares, earth tones and hippie power. I have tried to cover some of the most popular trends.

This 1st outfit is more of a modern take on a '70s trend. Brown suede was a huge trend in the '70s, so I went for this brown suede mini skirt. Stripes were also a huge trend so I replicated it in this multicoloured tied shirt. I also opted for this blue denim jacket, mustard yellow bag and simple black heels. The second outfit is based on the huge suit trend. Both men and women were wearing suits. I went for nude trousers which have a slight flare, an open shirt, an ascot and brown boots: all popular trends.

For the 3rd outfit I went for these two-tone cropped flare jeans which I adore. Along with them I chose this high-necked red top, as high necked jumpers were a popular trend. I brought more earth tones in with the mustard bag again and platform shoes were the go-to choice for women in the '70s. The last outfit is a stereotypical outfit with this paisley print jumpsuit and platform go-go boots.
