Hi all, Alice here!

Most teenage girls have a role model; someone who they look up to -- so do I. Mine have achieved what I aspire to achieve and still look fabulous whilst doing it. They are the ever-so-talented Jennifer Lawrence and Demi Lovato.

Being a film actress is my dream and I suppose I work hard already for it. Demi is also an actress, but focuses on the music-route. I love both of their courage and how they're not afraid to stand out.

Jennifer is also my style icon and I still think of her 2013 Oscar dress today (so beautiful, even if she fell).

Demi was bullied as a teenager, which means I can relate to her and her inspirational quotes are amazing:

2. Someone who taught us to embrace ourselves and be comfortable with who we are because that's all that matters.

Demi Lovato:
1. Taught us to be strong and bold!
2. Shared help with us affected by teenage troubles.
