Health Conscious- living healthy!
Hello dolls
This post is not about promoting anorexia or morbidly thin looks however it is about promoting that we all become more conscious about our health and healthy living. Here are a few simple ways :
Drink at least 8-10 (oz.)glasses of water per day -this helps to cleanse /flush yourself from the inside out as well as keep you hydrated which supports healthy skin. Pure orange juice is also great to drink regularly because it's packed with vitamin-C to give our immune systems a boost. Drink milk to maintain healthy bone growth and strength.
Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits- this gives your body the proper nutrients needed to support it's functions think of it as fuel for your organs .
Don't drink alcohol or smoke- both are bad for you .These things are full of negative toxins that can cause serious health issues for you .
Exercise- now this can be as moderate as you like or as vigorous as you can handle but developing a regular workout routine is key to maintaining a strong fit exterior to match your interior. Keeping yourself active is so important . If you're limited in time try a 15 minute walk , 30 minute jog or Dance to your favorite song. Working out really gives your organs great support so that you can feel as well as look strong & refreshed each day.
Everyone has there own method and surely you've heard these suggestions before but I really think it's important that we stay health conscious and develop habits that support healthy living . Being healthy is not about your size it's about giving your body the proper nutrients and exercise needed to make you look and feel great! no matter what size you are.
Thank you for reading
Best wishes for healthy living
