He arrived at the house of the Disney starlet with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and they headed off for a romantic lunch.Vanessa spent yesterday at the 2008 Environment Youth Conference at the L.A. Convention Center with HSM co-star Olesya Rulin. Making the world a better place is a good way to turn 20!
