Styling Off-White

há 83 meses

The final tribute of the season was Off-White. This was a new brand this season, and came as a huge surprise to me as Virgil Abloh is one of my favourite designers! This particular collection was based on the Spring 2018 runway. The collection was influenced by Princess Diana, while still keeping a streetwear vibe. For this post I have styled some of the pieces.

With the first outfits, I chose some of the floral printed pieces from the collection. With the print being very feminine, I decided to contrast that with the rest of my styling. For the first outfit, I styled the dress over the super cropped t-shirt, and added slouchy Vetements boots in a shade that matches the floral print perfectly. I then added a simple handbag and hoops to accessorise. A slouchy jacket would work to complete the look. With the second outfit, I paired the pants with a simple white turtleneck and sneakers, styled the pink bag over the shoulder (instead of on the waist) and added a puffer jacket. You could also try this look with the orange puffer jacket from Antidote.

With my final outfits, I went for classic tailoring with an update. With the first outfit, I styled the blazer and pants with white sneakers and a slouchy Vetements t-shirt. The orange and black belt adds a subtle pop of colour to an otherwise monochrome outfit. I then added a graphic print bag and beret to complete the look. For my final outfit, I went for an all-white outfit, and kept it minimal as the cropped shirt is a statement piece. I styled the shirt and pants with a rhinestone choker, simple heels and a bright pink bag for colour. If you don't want a head-to-toe white look, you could swap the pants for a tailored black pair.
