With makeup being quite expensive on Stardoll (and in real life), sometimes it is possible to invest in a few items of your favourite colour which create a great look. Today, I am embracing a look that only uses the colour red. It's simple and affordable compared to some other looks, and only uses four products. 

Eyes: I used a red and a burgundy eyeshadow. Red makes the eyes look irritated, so darken the eyeshadow with a sweep of burgundy. Use red or burgundy mascara, a great substitute for black which has also been supported by makeup artists such as Jenna Menard and Patrick Ta. 

Lips: Choose a vibrant red for the lips - if you wish to add definition, line the lips in a slightly darker colour or use a lighter colour on the middle of the lips. The bold red lip is a makeup classic, and has been dated back to Ancient Egyptian times. 

Face: I left the rest of my doll's face completely natural - but if you have red blush, use it lightly to add some colour to the cheeks. 

There you have it - a makeup look using only four products and one colour - perfect for those who love the colour red, or are looking for a dramatic night-time look.
