For today's post I chose to interview a talented wig designer - kamuz. Not only she is great at designing wigs, she also has nicely decorated suite, impeccable style, and above all, is one of the nicest persons I ever met on Stardoll.

 

Q: Since there are a lot of wig designers out there, is it hard making yours unique?

A: Definitely! I tried very hard to come up with unique designs, different highlighting and patterns to make my wigs more attractive.

Q: How do you feel when you see people reselling your designs?

A: Once the design is sold, it's up to the buyer whether they want to keep it or sell it. Sometimes, the wig doesn't suit a doll, and then there is no option but to resell it.

Q: What is the best part of wig designing for you?

A: Seeing people wear my creations and get compliments for them is the best part about designing for me.

Q:Did you ever give up in the middle of designing a wig as you weren't satisfied by how it went?

A:Oh yes a lot of times! Lets say if I plan to make 10 wigs, only 2-3 come out nicely & satisfactorily.

Q: Are you satisfied with the profit you make by designing wigs?

A: Yes I am.

Q: What would you advise to beginners in wig designing?

A: I would advise them to watch tutorials online, play with the pieces and colors first. And try not to copy!
