Not so long ago the airwaves and the inernet were dominated by the popular musical genre, J-Pop, which was basically Pop music generated in Japan by Japanese.

But now, J-Pop is out and K-Pop is in! I have come across so many memes, videos, discussion forums, etc. about K-Pop music (Pop music generated from South Korea). I have even developed a great liking towards the band Exo, even though I'm not really a fan of the genre.

There is controversy over the process by which these K-Pop singers achieve their seemingly untouchable perfection, but that doesn't stop the genre's fanbase from multiplying. Not to mention that most of the members of these K-Pop bands are super gorgeous.
