Hi Dolls, Alice here! 

Effie Trinket is one of the key characters in the Hunger Games franchise. Her extravagant style is not to be missed - bright colours are major in her looks. 

As you can see, I have made an Effie-inspired look using the Beauty Parlor. I wouldn't say it looks too much like Effie, but it does resemble her in these ways: 

* Bright coloured makeup - Pink symoblises her reaping look.

* A wig - Which she always wears until Mockingjay when she goes for headwraps instead. 

* Jewellery - Although she doesn't wear it as a key part to her look, it does however bring out the extravagance in her looks. 

Effie's style is one of the Capitols'; their style is very much individual. They use bright colours for fun, I think it is a great idea for us to learn from. 

Be individual like Effie!
