Kanye and Kim started off as friends, but their friendship later evolved to love. "Sometimes you're just not ready. A person could have it all, and you're not ready for it all. But this is where I probably always should have been", she reveals. She also revealed how she's had doubts that you could "have it all" in a relationship - "the truth, the excitement and the passion", and ended the interview with the words: "Now I know you can".
