I have come up with a series that I think is really cool, and I will be calling it Around the World. I will be posting new editions featuring a new city or country to share some information about! Our first city is nicknamed the city of love - Paris! Here are some fun facts you might not know!

Stop Signs- There is only one stop sign in the whole city of Paris. Paris' traffic system is very different from other major cities, and there is less need for stop signs there.

Food- Put together, there are around 2,908 bakeries and bars in Paris. That's a lot of food!

The Paris Catacombs- I have heard of these before, but I thought it was still worth a spot on this list. The Paris Catacombs are a network of tunnels lying underneath the city, and put together there are 170 miles under the city just for the tunnels. These catacombs are infamous for being very similar all throughout, and many people get lost in the catacombs and apparently never find their way out.

The Smartest Monkey in the World- Wattana is an orangutan who lives in the Paris zoo. She is considered to be the smartest monkey in the world, because she can draw, tie and untie different types of knots, can drink a cup of tea, and do even more.
