You may have had some issues logging into Stardoll recently. How annoying!

There is someone who has a bit too much time on their hands who has been paying money to send A LOT of traffic to Stardoll, which freezes up our servers and doesn't allow people to login.

Our security team is working on it and aware of the issue, and our tech team is working on solutions. This person may continue trying this. (I would suggest this person donate their money to coronavirus aid for those in need, but how people choose to spend their money is their business.)

You may have issues logging in as this continues. I want to assure you your accounts are SAFE. Stardoll hasn't been breached in any way -- this is simply too much traffic sent to our site at once. Your login information and password are safe. Stardoll doesn't keep any of your payment information, and that's not been compromised in any way either.

Trolls have been around as long as the internet has existed, and that is what's happening now. We are dealing with a troll. The best way to handle trolls is to not feed them. Do not engage trolls or those involved in trollish behavior. If someone makes you feel unsafe here on Stardoll, please report them. If someone tells you they're involved in this, please report them.
