May I start by introducing you all  to this new series, Blogger on the Rise. Every week, I’ll be featuring talented bloggers who are striving to become part of the Star Blog team.

Today, I’m featuring popupgirl.

1. When and why did you start blogging?

I wrote a short blog entry when I first unlocked the blog section of Stardoll. However, I only properly got into blogging around 6-8 months ago. I actually first started blogging as a way to keep myself busy on Stardoll and get rid of any negative thoughts. Now I blog because it's one of my greatest passions and I love sharing my posts with the community and getting feedback!

2. How often do you write in your blog?

I honestly don't have a set day for when I post in my blog, I just write a blog post when the idea hits or I have finished planning it. I couldn't handle the type of pressure of having my blogs done at a certain time, because it would force me to come up with an idea instead of letting it come naturally. I post 3-6 every two weeks.

3. Tell us about some of the content we’ll find in your blog

Most recently my blog posts have been for blog cycles, but you are  welcome to look at them even if they are just for a competition entry! Further back will be plenty of makeup blogs. At the very start of my blog it will be poems and little "introduction" posts.
