Relaxation with Creativity!
There are many different ways to relax in your day to day life, but for many people, expressing creativity is one of the most fun! Here are a few ways to be creative while relaxing at the same time.
Colouring
Colouring has become a very popular way to cope with stress and anxiety recently, which is great because it means that advanced colouring books are readily available! These books are great because they have lots of detail to focus on, as opposed to children's colouring books, which have large, easy to colour areas. Look out for a good colouring book with designs that speak to you- it could help you chill out!Painting
I find that painting can be very therapeutic! You don't need to paint a scene- abstract painting can be one of the best ways to express your feelings through art. If you love painting real life scenes, however, that might be the best way to relaxation for you. I highly recommend giving painting a go for relaxation if you have some time you will be able to set aside for it!Performance Art
Activities like acting and drama can be really positive for your mental health, because they can help you express emotion while also helping you connect with others and make friends.
