How I Feel Better

Hello everyone! Beatrix here.

I promised myself and Stardoll's public that I would stop with my motivational articles, but I decided that I needed to write this article.

Earlier in the week I thought I hit rock bottom. With the date of my brother's death approaching me, I wrongly let myself fall back into my self destructive habits.

If you're feeling bad, and it doesn't have to be that extreme, I hope these tips help you.

Listen to Music

The easiest way for me to momentarily recover from a relapse is listening to music. One song that is special to me is How to Save a Life by The Fray and it is my go to song.

Paint Your Nails
 

It sounds weird, but painting my nails always helps lower my anxiety level. One of my favorite shades to paint them in real life is Wintersky by H & M.

Watch Videos

When this sadness hits, I watch Anna Akana on Youtube. Her videos are always a quick pick me up. 

Go (Window) Shopping  

Whether I'm actually buying something or not, shopping never fails to cheer me up.
