How to Get An "On Fleek" Face

Sorry about the title, guys. I had to use it to target mainly a specific audience. I hope to never have to use "On Fleek" ever again. Now down to business.

Your face is one of the most delicate areas of your body. New cells are constantly being created in your skin's inner layer. This causes the dead cells to be pushed to the surface. Sometimes these cells stay too long, causing your skin to look dull, pores to clog, and horrible acne breakouts. Every teen and young adult's nightmare.

That is why exfoliating your face is absolutely necessary. And what's better than a natural way?

Baking Soda: This is what I usually use because it's always available... Rub about a tablespoon in a circular motion on your face. I usually wet my face beforehand.

Sugar: You can mix the sugar with your fave massage oil (olive, almond, etc.) to make a paste. Scrub gently on your face in a circular motion and then rinse.

Sea Salt: This is great for dry skin. Mix this with your fave massage oil and rub in a circular motion on your face before rinsing.

Oatmeal: This is for sensitive skin. Mix finely ground oatmeal with honey or yogurt. Scrub your face in a circular motion and leave it for 15-30 minutes before rinsing.

Honey: Raw honey is anti-viral and it gets rid of skin infections (acne). Amazingly, it can be mixed with any of the natural products listed above to boost the anti-bacterial benefits.

Taking care of your skin helps you to achieve or maintain that beautiful, healthy, natural look.
