You may have heard the news...

But just in case you missed it - Disney Channel is officially rebooting one of their most beloved shows from the 2000s: 'Wizards of Waverly Place'!

Yes, the magical show that made Selena Gomez, David Henrie, Jake T. Austin, and Jennifer Stone Disney Channel stars will be making its way back onto the screens and into the hearts of the new generation.

David Henrie, who played 'Justin Russo', made the surprise announcement on social media sending the internet into a storm. Turns out, they already have a cast, AND Selena Gomez has signed on to work on the reboot in some capacity as well.

This new Wizards of Waverly Place show will join the list of reboots that Disney has been dabbling in over the last few years, which includes 'Girl Meets World '(from Boy Meets World) and 'Raven's Home' (from That's So Raven).

While I'm all grown up now, I'll definitely be checking it out when it premieres, just like I checked out Girl Meets World and Raven's Home
