Conquering Stage Fright

 Hi dolls,

Do you dream of performing on stage in front of an audience and having them applaud you and give you a standing ovation at the end? Stage fright is often the thing that holds many people back.

If you have a passion for performing stage fright isn't exactly a helpful factor. There are many ways you can overcome stage fright.

- Don't think of failure

This is usually the main reason people have stage fright. They are afraid of failure or of making a fool of themselves and having the audience respond negatively. Don't think of what might go wrong, instead visualize success and remember that if you do make a mistake, there is always another performance.

- Relax your mind and body

Practice deep breathing, relaxation exercises and meditation. Eating a banana before a performance can also help calm nerves.

- Be prepared

Practice, practice, practice. If you are prepared for the performance, you will have no reason to doubt yourself.

- Get used to performing

Perform anywhere you get the chance. Perform in front of your family and friends and ask for feedback. Learn from the constructive feedback!

Alright dolls, that's it for this post! Hope these tips helped, see you soon!
