Hello Dolls!

Due to a delay in finding clubs to feature & replies, this week's Club Spotlight edition will be delayed until next week. Instead of a club-centered interview this week, I'm super excited to be featuring an amazing designer known as RainhaCandyGirl!

RainhaCandyGirl is a super-incredible designer with many of her designs inspired by Taylor Swift. Her doll & many of her suite rooms are all Taylor Swift themed! She was even featured as the inspiration for Stardoll's first DIY Friday/Celebrity Friday contest. 

Being amazed by her incredibly detailed designs, I was super excited to interview RainhaCandyGirl about all of her Taylor Swift inspired designs. Here's what she had to say:

What inspired you to take so many hours specifically to make your doll & suite look like Taylor Swift? I used to be a big Taylor Swift fan when I was younger and still am today. She inspired me to play guitar and I learned several of her songs in the beginning. So as a "tribute," I decided to create a doll dedicated to her here on Stardoll.

Your rooms are so detailed! Did it take several days to create each one? Thank you! Yes, some did. A few took me almost 1 or 2 weeks to complete because I had to design everything beforehand.

When I first saw a photo of your doll, in one of Stardoll's Celebrity Friday contests, I thought it was an actual real-life photo of Taylor Swift. Was it hard to design your doll's look? For sure. All designs require a lot of patience to create, and it took me a week to design my doll's face.

Any tips you'd like to give to other designers? "Keep going and doing your best, not only on stardoll but in real life too".
