Hi dolls. 

It's getting to that point for many of us on Stardoll where we will soon be choosing which college or university to go to. 

For me it is college. It's hard to make these decisions sometimes because the transition from school to college will be so different. For the last five years everything has been the same for me in school, from one lesson to the next, most friends stay the same and so do your teachers. 

I'm currently facing the hard decision of going to the same college as my friends or going to the college that is right for me. 

These are a few things that are helping me whilst in this situation:

Speaking with your family. This can really give you some clarity on what to do. When in these situations your family will always give their honest opinions on the matter. 

Talking to your tutors. Whether you're going from school to college, or from college to university. If you're taking a subject you have taken at one of the former then your tutor will be able to give you the best advice. They will know which college or university will be best for you.

Meeting up with your friends. Whilst it can be difficult to leave your friends, having the discussion with them might be the most helpful. You can then get your point across about what you think will be best for you and what next steps you want to take in your life.
