Sometimes the simplest of outfits are truly the best. Shameless star Emmy Rossum did just that in a clean and sophisticated ensemble while strolling in LA the other day. The 24-year old actress managed to look both cute and casual in a striped tan and black pullover sweater and dark-washed jeans. Simple black flats completed her comfy yet chic look.
