EXAM TIPS AND TRICKS
Hey Dolls!
Summer is fast approaching and so is end of year exams. For many of us, the sheer thought of taking exams creates a pool of anxiety in which we find ourselves slowly drowning with the fear of failing. But worry no more, as today I want to share some of my top tips for keeping your cool during the heat of exam season!
Create a weekly study plan - Study plans are a great way to ensure that you are covering each of your subjects in a systematic and informative way. You can find templates all over web to print out and decorate.
Rest that mind of yours - Studying takes a great sum of brain power so make sure to take 10 minute breaks after every 45 minute study session.
Make healthy decisions - In the weeks coming up to your exams, it is crucial to be eating well and staying hydrated so that you can remain focused and alert. Remember, you are what you eat!
Motivation is key - Trust me, I understand the angst of wanting to dive right into the summer holidays, but just remember, you’re nearly at the finish line! Drive it home, baby!
Confidence is key - You’ve done the work. Believe in yourself and most importantly, just do your best!
