I haven't personally experienced losing my account, and I like to think that there is good reason for that- I know what I'm doing.
There are some rules/tips to be followed in order to prevent your account being stolen or deleted, so I would like to share them with you. Hopefully this will help some of you that would be likely to lose your account and give an explanation to the seemingly many of you who already have lost a stardoll account.
There are other reasons beyond the few that I am discussing in this post, and should you have lost an account under no fault of your own or purely because you didn't know then my apologies, I hope you are able to retrieve your account soon!

1. Your Password
 Yes, make sure that it is something that you will remember, but not something that somebody could guess. Add capital letters, numbers and symbols where possible and never, ever, ever give your password away.

2. Your Email
 Only ever input an email that you own onto stardoll. If you put another person's email, they could take your account!

3. Proxies, Hacks and Phishing Websites offering 'Free Superstar' ect.
 They're all bad news. I'm not exactly a computer whiz and I can't tell you how these things work, but I can tell you that they can take your account away, and that isn't cool! (plus, free superstar doesn't exist, don't be fooled!) Stay away!
