JadaJane- The world of today is extremely fast pace sometimes we forget to nurture our inner being. It's imperative that we keep ourselves centered and balanced in a world that is at times chaotic and stressful with the daily grind of Studies,Family,Work etc. we have so much to juggle it often leaves our inner being starved which puts us in a state of stress.

Today's topic about Chores. Something most teenagers do almost every day of their lives to keep the environment where they live in clean and dust-free. Of course, we don't like doing chores nor do we want to do any chores at all, but we have to help around the house somehow by doing certain things like vaccuming, cleaning our bedrooms, doing the dishes or even preparing a small meal for lunch if mum or dad are running late from work.
