Hey everyone!

Today I'll be introducing you to another amazing designer, blue! She's also known as Candy, a 20 year old university student from Chicago. She can name every country in the world, draw large-scale black and white zentangles, and she sings in her university's choir.

Here's what Candy had to say when I sat down to talk with her about her designing skills here on Stardoll:

~ What made you want to start designing these unique and intricate designs?

"I started the Starry Night design because I always loved the Museum Mile Starry Night painting we have on here but I wanted it to be more than just a painting on a wall in a room. so I decided to do a "body paint" with StarDesign hair on my doll. I'm not very good at designing wigs but I thought I'd give it a try and it was surprisingly not that hard!"

~ If you could describe yourself in 2 words, which words would you choose?

"Pensive and Social? I know its weird but I love reading research papers and articles about human evolution, history, and differences between animals and humans. I spend a lot of time thinking and writing about it and my think-pieces have been published in my university newspaper! That's mostly what I do outside of Stardoll."

~ How long does it take for you to create a final design?

"For the full body, it takes me about 12 hours total spent working because it takes a lot of back and forth referencing!" :)

~ Do you have any future designs in mind?

"Yes!! I'm planning on deleting this one soon and my next idea is to camoflauge my doll in one of the interiors :) Which one... I havent decided yet; probably an outdoor one with trees or flowers!"

~ Why is creativity important to you? Do you believe MSW should embody uniqueness and creativity?

"Everybody's different and creative in their own way and it's important to embrace your uniqueness and showcase your creativity to the world. I do believe MSW should embody uniqueness and creativity because thats what Stardoll is all about! Whether it's album, hair design, jewelry design, suite design, scenery, or fashion: show the world what you can do!"
