- Its officially awards season in Hollywood! The Golden Globes and then the Oscars will be in about month's time and then there are all the pre-parties to look forward too as well! The first one kicked off last night. Designer J Mendel held a star-studded bash at Cecconi's in West Hollywood last night and hot young stars like Brittany Snow, Sophia Bush and Swedish cute Alexander Skarsgard were all on the red carpet. Yay for Awards Season!

- We spotted Nicole Richie having lunch at a sushi parlour in West Hollywood last Friday, obviously sporting her signature boho-chic look. There's no denying that the designer life is treating her well, and it seems her social life isn't going too bad either! She's friends with just about everyone in Hollywood! At the restaurant she ran into Beyonce's sister Solange Knowles and greeted her with a hug!

She always look picture perfect in one street chic look after the other, and no matter the weather her hair is as shiny and lush as ever! How does she do it you might ask? - Shouldn't he have learnt by now that if you want to enjoy public pleasures such as watching a movie at the cinema or going bowling, you really ought to just rent the whole place so you can avoid people secretly taking photos of you! Last night Jonas Brother hottie Nick went bowling with his friends at Pinz in Los Angeles, and by the looks of it, it couldn't have gone too well! Whenever he had bowled a ball he always looked sort of grumpy afterwards. Not a sour looser are you, Nick?

- We have to say we are excited at the thought of seeing Robert Pattinson in a movie and playing something a bit different from a vampire! So when we heard that he made a film with Reese Witherspoon, we thought yay! Its called "Water for Elephants" and its about a vintage circus, based on the book by the same name. The trailer has just been released and it looks amazing actually! Only thing is we have to wait til April next year to see it.

- When news first broke that Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp were going to do a movie together, we were so excited and were really looking forward to seeing these two huge stars posing on all the red carpets together!
