Today I wanted to talk briefly about a topic that is most important to me right now and that is what you should expect from your friends and vice versa.

The reality? Nothing. You don’t have to do anything your friends want you to do.

You should not have to do something to impress anyone, to win someones friendship or keep it especially if it is something that you do not want to do.

If someone asks you to do something you don’t want to do then quite simply don’t do it. You are your own person with your own morals and that should be respected, if your friends don’t respect that then they are not your friends. 

Yes, you can make friends by doing favours and sometimes that is nice but do not let it go too far and do not let yourself be taken advantage of. Friendships work both ways.

Please don’t give in to peer pressure, stay safe
