Hi all!

Our life is made up of memories, experiences, and relationships. We call particularly special moments and objects sentimental.

Sometimes those moments are clouded by a few things - one being pessimistic thoughts. For instance, it was very memorable when I went on a camping trip and a horrible storm came. It flooded everything, and we had to get in the car and sleep in there! But it was fun, because my family and I shared time that we would never forget. But if I was to be pessimistic and just think of the bad in that experience, it wouldn't be special anymore.

The other is technology- as funny as that sounds, sometimes being too focused on "oh, I need to get this on video!" or "I have to take the perfect picture for my social media" can really take away from the moment. Sometimes you just need to see things through your eyes, not the camera screen on your phone.
