In the UK we have recently had the horse racing events such as the Grand National and most recent was the Chester Races. 

I don't agree with horse racing, but I do agree with all the fashion looks from these events. They are just so classy, fun and it is one of the only events where it is acceptable to wear the most dramatic head pieces you own.
