Breaking In New Shoes

102 miesięcy temu

Hello, dolls!

Don't you just love buying new shoes? They really complete an outfit, in my opinion.

Take them home, remove them from their snazzy box, slip them on and strut through the rest of your day with pride. Unfortunately, by the end of the day you're not exactly strutting anymore; your toes are pinched, your feet hurt and your heels are red raw.

Why?

Because you didn't break your shoes in, silly! But don't worry, you don't need to send your shoes to the back of the wardrobe just yet, simply follow my three-step guide on how to break in new shoes quickly and you'll be strutting away in no time, zero pain necessary!

1. Put a pair of fluffy socks on
The fluffier the better! If you don't have any fluffy socks - put on several pairs of normal socks.

2. Put your new shoes on
Simple to do - with your fluffy socks still on, hop into your shoes and get ready for the final step.

3. Blow-dry your feet
For 30-second intervals, use a hairdryer to blow-dry your feet; this will make your shoes stretch. Make sure you leave your shoes on until they're fully cooled, though.

Of course, you could just wear your shoes around the house for a while until they stretch, but where's the fun and time efficiency in that?
