5 Tips for Flawless Skin

Hello, dollies! Many of us have to deal with dry or oily skin each day. Sometimes, we even break out which is no fun! For this reason, I've decided to share with you simple tips on how to get flawless skin and keep it! Results won't happen overnight, so give it some time!

1. Drink water! This prevents future blemishes by hydrating your skin.  This also washes out toxins from inside your pores making them clean once again. During the day, keep water near you!

2. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables! Organic foods are your best option. These foods contain more vitamins and minerals. Eating healthy foods will help stop some the effects of grease on your body.

3. Make your own natural facial treatments! Get some friends together and have a spa day! A milk, honey, and lemon mask would be great for greasy skin since the lemon is a natural cleanser. The milk will even moisturize the dry skin.

4. Excercise! Take care of your body! I know it can be hard, but you need to! When you excercise, you release engorphins which keep you from stressing out. Also, your body flushes out toxins in your sweat and helps you relax. Who knew excercising would help your skin?

5. Don't touch your face! I have the hardest time with this tip! Whether it's brushing my hair away from my eyes or resting my chin on my hand, I'm always in contact with my face! Each time you do this, you're contaminating it with bacteria as well as adding grease!
