Meet the Miss Stardoll World 2023- laneki 

Please tell us a little bit about your journey on Stardoll!

I first discovered Stardoll around 2014. It wasn’t until around 2017 that I managed to make some friends. However, it was around 2018-19 that everything truly started to change for me. Thanks to MSW, I found incredible friends who have taught me things for life and a lot of unforgettable moments. Alongside this, my love for suite decoration and, a year later, got into the world of hair designs, which has been an incredible experience.

What has been the most rewarding part of winning this contest thus far and what will you do with your title now that you've been crowned Miss Stardoll World 2023?

Now that I have won the MSW competition, I got to know a lot more from my supporters/friends and help in any way possible! Besides, one of the things for  sure is to keep updating my cinema. This was an integral component of my campaign, and I plan to introduce new movies. Furthermore, I am committed to ensuring that my suite continues to provide enjoyment. Additionally, I will persist in embracing my creativity here on stardoll by creating new suites, wig designs, and to support players in their pursuit of going far, winning the next MSW or any other request!

Please tell us a bit about your campaigning experience. What part of campaigning was the most challenging, what was your favorite part, etc.)

Initially, I began planning my campaign in 2022. A few months before this year’s MSW, I started working on my campaign, selecting which movies to feature and which scene inspired the movie to create. I organized various games for my presentation during the day so that I could interact with the players and give them a little gift. One of the most challenging aspects was during the semi-finals, as I was uncertain about where to begin campaigning. The finals as well as stress began to happen, but overall, everything proceeded smoothly, I would say. It’s also worth mentioning the incredible semi-finalists and finalists with whom I am delighted to have shared this achievement and experience!

Hundreds and hundreds of dolls campaigned to become our next Miss/Mr. Stardoll World, yet you won! What do you think made you stand out against the other contestants?)

 I would say that my work (which includes suites and wigs) along with the incredible friendships (which I am so thankful for), is what got me to make it this far in the competition. Besides my projects, support was necessary during a competition as big as this one. What I’m trying to say is, while having cool things to show everyone helps, it wouldn’t be the same if I didn’t have awesome people believing in me ever since I set my mind to run for MSW. Throughout my campaign many dolls came to my guestbook to show their support for my campaign. I couldn't have done it without them, as their kind words kept me going and motivated me whenever I was in doubt.

What is your advice for those who are considering partaking in this competition in the years to come? Lastly, what would you like to say to those who supported you along this journey?)

As I mentioned earlier, I had organized a campaign for some time which undoubtedly helped me. However, I'm sure no one needs a huge plan to get far. You should also believe in yourself and be prepared to confront the challenges that may happen. Another crucial aspect during MSW is the effective management of time. There may be moments of stress, and if that occurs, it is perfectly ok to take a break and do another activity! Above all, remember to have fun!
