When Katy Perry was informed that Kate Middleton and Prince William's Canadian state visit coincided with her tour date last Sunday, she thought it would be a good idea to offer them tickets to go see her show in Ottowa!She reached out to the couple via Twitter with the following tweet, "In Ottawa! Heard Prince William & Kate are here, come to the show!!! (Kate – bring the McQueen (dress)!).”Britain's Duke & Duchess Of Cambridge did however not RSVP, and simply chose to ignore the offer all together! Ouch! We suppose royal Twitter invitations just simply aren't quite accepted in Europe yet.
