So I was reading some fashion magazines for this fall and there appeared to be 3 resoundingly popular new trends that I hadn’t noticed before, so I thought I would share them with you guys. Please let me know what you think of the trends, which is your favourite and whether you will go and try any out for yourself!

Candy Lips
I used: Dot cotton candy lipstick. (No longer avalible in starplaza, but there are alternatives. You could try Transform Peach Lipstick with a pale lipgloss for a similar effect.

The Barbie look is having a comeback- it’s the return of the frosty pink after summer neons and its super cute!

The Tomboy Look
I used: Doree Isabelli Doree

This is a Twiggy-inspired look and it has been seen everywhere! It features few details and a side parting for the hair. It also helps to have darker, bolder eyebrows and lots of contouring around the cheeks.

Steel Eyeshadow
I used: dot midnight grey eyeshadow

A new take on the grunge look- both modern and classic. Is a bold statement and often looks best when the rest of the makeup is kept simple.
