Hi dollies!

Today's post is a little different to my usual posts, however I thought it would be fitting to let everyone know out there that your talents and passions can be recognised if you put yourself in a position to do so.

On Stardoll, many of us take part in competitions to show our skills such as designing, scenery, album, SNTA and general styling skills. Most recently MSW, another chance many dolls take to show their skills.

However, in real life, we don't tend to enter ourselves into competitions to show our talent unless it is a sport. 

Throughout my school years I have been encouraged to take part in competitions and even though I have never won any of them, I have been recognised by coming the 'runner-up' or 'Highly Commended'.

You can sign up to many competitions like:

- Writing

- Drawing

- Sport

- Designing/making

- Board Games (e.g. Chess)

- Performance (singing, dancing etc.)

I would encourage every single one of you out there to try and enter a competition and you never know, you might just surprise yourself in getting a prize!

Showing your talent is nothing to be ashamed of, embrace it!
