Hi, dolls!

A lot of us are decorating our suites for the holidays, but it can be hard to create the desired effect. So here are my tips on creating a cozy winter suite!

Have a Christmas Tree

This is the cardinal rule to creating a Christmas suite. It doesn't have to be the focus of the entire room, but having a Christmas tree is an important detail. There are two choices in Starplaza as of right now. The first one is tfrom Film Theory. It's only 81 starcoins, but you must buy ornaments and whatever else you would want on it.

The other one is this one from the seasonal store 'Tis the Season. It is pricier than the blue one at 27 stardollars, but it's already decorated. It really depends on your preference and/or budget. 

Use warm colors

Warm colors look very cozy and homey, whereas cool colors can look more sleek and modern. If that's the look that you're going for, great! But traditional Christmas decor is very warm. Even if your Christmas tree is blue, you can still pair it with more muted warm decorations to look very festive. 

Add a fireplace

 This is continuing on the theme of warm colors. Fireplaces are a cold weather icon, and adding one to your Christmas suite will catapult your holiday decor to the next level. Unfortunately, there are no fireplaces for starcoins in Starplaza. But, you can get creative with it and make your own!
