April 2nd is Autism Awarness Day...

Autism is a hot topic in today's medical world. The World Autism day is an internationally recognized day. In 2008, April 2 was declared by the United Nations as ''World Autism Awarness Day''. Every year, in April (Autism Awarness month) Autism and its related concerns are discussed around the world.

Autism is a congentinal disease and it is usually noticeable during children's first three years of life. About one in five hundred children are diagnosed on the Autism spectrum, and it often affects the development of social and communication skills.

The Light It Up Blue campaign aims to increase awarness for Autism. On this day, people and buildings dress up and are lit up with blue. You should do it, too!

My cousin has Autism and I always support her as much as I can. She is going to school, and she's got lots of friends. I love her so much! :)
