I believe that Christmas is everbody’s favourite time of the year no matter the cultural differences and I am no exception to this. However, rather than relishing the traditional plum cake or the Christmas cake, I love to satisfy my sweet buds with this scrumptious and moist chocolate cake recipe!

Ingredients: #Wheat Flour = 1.5 cup #Sugar = 1 cup #Coco Powder = 1/2 cup #Vegetable Oil = 3/4 cup #Coffee Powder (optional) = 1 tsp. #Baking powder = 1 tsp. #Baking Soda = 1 tsp #Curd = 1 cup #Coca Cola = 1/2 cup 

Directions: Mix flour, coffee, cocoa together in a bowl. Mix the sugar and oil separately with a blender. Add curd, coca cola, baking powder and baking soda to the sugar mixture. Gradually add the dry mixture to the liquid one. After mixing everything, let the mixture rest for about 10 - 15 mins. Bake at 170 C for 35-40 mins.
