Photo Memories!

If you have a camera, taking photos of all the good times you and your friends have is a great idea!


A few months ago, a friend of mine developed a medical condition that caused him to lose all of his memories from the past year. This was really upsetting for him because our memories and experiences help us develop our personalities and our relationships with others!

Luckily, our other friends and I had taken lots of photos with him, and looking through them really helped him come to terms with his memory loss. There are many reasons to take photos of your friends and you on awesome adventures, but the ability to capture memories is a very important one!



Try making a photo album!
If you put all of your photos into an album with notes about what you did, you will have an awesome book of memories to help you remember what you did when you're older! This is really fun because you can decorate it however you want.


Take a photo a day!
If you decide to take at least one photo every day, you will have easily accessible memories of your whole year! This can also help with your creativity- on days when you don't have very much to do, you'll have to find beauty in your everyday life!


No camera? Try a journal!
If you don't have a camera, try writing in a journal or diary. It doesn't have to be all writing if that isn't your thing - try drawing or sticking small mementos in!
