Marina495 has a beautiful Lana Del Rey inspired doll, and has been a member of Stardoll since 2007!  She has also placed 2nd, 3rd, and 4th in The Vote - I reckon she isn't far off winning first place!

I had the chance to ask her some questions about celebrity inspiration and The Vote.

In what ways does Lana Del Rey inspire you?
I am inspired by her style, which is what I want to bring in my doll, and of course by her magical voice.

What advice would you give to other dolls who want to create a celebrity inspired doll?
I think you need to notice the details, they are very important - Lana has flowers in her hair, wears a certain hairstyle, and wears certain styles of shirts!

What tips do you have for placing high up in The Vote?
Make sure your photo is not ordinary.  Make it bold, make it stylish, and definitely make sure it stands out from the others.

What celebrity would you most like to base your doll on?
