I love Katy Perry's makeup look, myself. Throughout the years she has changed from pink wearing pop idol to an artist with a more mature sound & look. Today, I'm going to be showing you my interpretation of her latest look.

Katy is fairly pale, so you're going to want to stay away from tan skin. Her eyes are a very interesting & gorgeous mix of blue, hazel, & grey. I based this look on a photo I saw taken for her latest album, Prism. In it, she has a messy style like this, but you can pick any hair you want.
