A Changed Outlook: Day Two

Hi Dolls! Beatrix here.

Last time, for this project - we focused on getting to know ourselves better! This time, we're going to take action. Today we're going to focus on controlling and working out our emotions.

Two of my biggest flaws are my anger and sadness. I get uncontrollable waves of anger that make me act so childish! My ears get hot, my eyes water, and my whole body shakes when I get angry. I say things I don't mean and I turn into a giant baby, honestly. 

As for my sadness, I just shut down completely. I will not eat, talk to anyone, or even come out of my room.

If you can identify with these feelings, or have another feeling closely related, I hope this article helps. 

Find something that helps you feel at peace.
I suggest going on a walk/hike or doing something with nature. Nature always calms me down. 

Whenever you're feeling sad or angry, go there. 
It's been working for me, whenever I'm feeling not too good, I ride my bike and just focus on how beautiful the trees around me are.

Today's Reflection: For today's reflection, right down what your sadness and anger triggers are. The more you list, the better. That way, you know where your feelings come from.
