Train of thoughts

Now and again, we get a feeling inside of us that something in our life is not going right, or as planned. Situations get altered, messages come over wrong, and whispers become roars. We hold back what we really feel, and inside of us it's crushing to let it out. We feel afraid of what others might think. The pressure of being perfect is at full degree, and if we let 1 flaw show, the whole world is on our backs.   

Is there a way to not feel this way? The answer is, yes.  

We look around, and think to much. The brakes on the train of thought is broken, and moving out of control. Heading to crash. What you need to do, is find the emergency hand brakes, and grind to a halt.  Let the steam escape and the engine calm down.   

When everything seems to be to much to handle, stop with it. and calm down. Relax and let the negativity flow out, and the positivity to come in. Breath the fresh air, and contine. Don't overdue your train of thought.  :)
