Hair Confusion

96個月之前

I've always been very indecisive about my hair in real life. I grow it out for a while, then decide I need a change. Snip snip - suddenly I have a bob. I'll keep it short until I decide I want it long, and I spend months letting it grow out. Once I've finally accomplished that, I think, Hmmm, how about a pixie cut? Snip snip, looks great! I've only just gotten my hair back to shoulder length after getting a pixie cut almost 3 years ago, and next week I'm going to change up my bangs.

Are you thinking about changing your hairstyle? From an expert in hair debates, here are some tips:

- Talk to your stylist. You may have something in mind, but it might not look as great in reality as you thought. Before jumping in, ask your usual hair stylist what styles work well with your hair type, face shape, and lifestyle. They're experts, and they could have advice you'd never thought of before! You can also search different hairstyles online and read recommendations.

- Think about it. If you decide you want to do something crazy with your hair, don't just jump in right away! Give yourself a few days to think about the pros and cons. This was a big deal for me when I was getting my pixie cut. I thought about why I liked my long hair, and why short hair might be good, too.

- Don't stress. Made a hair mistake? It'll be fine! You can let those layers grow out, cover up the bad dye job, and make the best of what you have until your hair is back to the way it was. And who knows, you might come to enjoy the new look after a while! Good luck on all your hair endeavours, dolls!

What's the craziest thing you've ever done with your hair?

Til next time!
