We've all been down sometimes, and it's not fun! No one should have to feel bad about themselves, so here are some ways to stop!

1. Laugh off Negativity
An easy way to stop you feeling upset when someone upsets you is to laugh it off- they won't know that you're upset and you might eventually believe that you're not!

2. Don't Compare Yourself to Others
You are nothing like another person, and no one expects you to be so. Why should you compare yourself to them?

3. Learn from Criticism
It is true that everyone makes mistakes, and everyone receives criticism for them. Instead of being upset about it is to be constructive- learn from it and don't make those mistakes again, it's self-improvement- even if nobody but you knows!

4. Find Trust in Yourself
Know that you are always in control of your decisions and you will always make the right decision for you in the end.

5. Forget who you Think you Should be
Learn to embrace who you are and be yourself.
