No more Anxiety!

Sirens, all around. It's doing my head in, but I need to stay focused. The lens is out of touch, the vision has gone blurry. But I am standing tall. My palms are sweaty and the light is to bright. 

 

What is going on with me?

 

Should I panic, or collapse on the ground? Should I keep silent, or make a sound?

 

Anxiety (or being nervous) is something inside of us. That takes over when we need to do or say something important. It's not a pleasant feeling, it's something in our heads, it's fear taking over your body. Take a deep breath, take a step back and know, that everything will be okay. We all have it some days. It's even healthy to have a little! (like, when you have to go on stage!) 

 

 

 

Just remember that it will be okay if you Stay strong!!
