While we haven't seen a lot of actress, Mandy Moore, these days, but she's still one of our all time favorite actresses! She's starred in a few movies over the years and played Princess Rapunzel in the animated movie, Tangled, earlier this year...but other than that she's been pretty quiet! We spotted Mandy out shopping and we think she looks great! Her blazer is especially chic and we like how she paired it with a simple white tee and cropped black pants! We hope we'll see more of Mandy in the years to come!
